Merchandiser in Elk River, Otsego, Rogers, Saint Michaels, and Albertville


The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.


 


Position Shift and Schedule


This is a full time permanent position working 6:00am until finished typically five (5) shifts per week to include Saturday and Sunday. Days off will fall during the week. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.


 


Position Compensation


The starting rate of pay for this position is $14.00 per hour plus $300 sign-on bonus as well as mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle between the first and last store on your assigned daily route. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc).


 


Position Territory


You will be stocking and merchandising our products in our customers' stores located in Elk River, Otsego, Rogers, Saint Michael, and Albertville. We have a local branch located in Irving, TX that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings.

Position Responsibilities



  1. Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands in retail stores.


  2. Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.

  3. Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.

  4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.

  5. Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.

  6. Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.

  7. Available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications



  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)


  • Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

  • Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly

  • Valid driver's license

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
