Runners are responsible for getting the appropriate meal period set and ready to go, taking orders, running orders, making craft juices and coffees, cleanliness of register area, setting area for the next shift and closing out their shift.
Monday - Friday Shifts:
6am-11:
30 am and 11am-4pm Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Knowledge of culinary terminology and food handling procedures - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Skills:
- Guest services - Culinary knowledge - Aloha POS or similar POS system experience - Banquet setup and service experience (preferred) - Bussing experience (preferred) - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Restaurant industry knowledge Help us create an exceptional dining experience for our guests as a Food Runner.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
You will also assist with food preparation, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
