As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our clinical team to achieve the following:
Run therapeutic and behavioral plans, and provide early intervention to increase social and self-management skills Provide guidance on a range of developmental goals from communication, exercise and nutrition and academic skills to assist with school readiness Support individuals with learning and maintaining personal skills such as:
hygiene, grooming and/or toileting Teach and model interpersonal and social skills to help individuals thrive in their communities Provide assistance using strategies to properly manage and redirect agitated or aggressive behaviors Qualifications of a Behavior Technician:
