This position includes but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments Answering multi-line phones Invoicing clients and accurately processing transactions with cash and credit cards Willing to be a team player and cover hours when needed Must be able to lift 35lbs Working together with others in a very fast-paced environment Taking accurate messages for doctors from clients Maintain client confidentiality Education and Skills:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Must be efficient with computer knowledge, typing skills, grammar & spelling Basic math skills Two-year experience in a customer service role within an office setting You will be required to work the following hours and fill in during vacations and sick time of full time employees - NO EXCEPTIONS:
