The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
They will also be required to empty trash cans, clean windows, and perform other related tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
They will also be in charge of turnover cleanings as scheduled with similar responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain floors, walls, furniture, and other surfaces.
Empty trash cans and replace liners.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
Dust furniture and vacuum draperies and window coverings.
Sweep, scrub, polish floors using brooms, mops.
Touch up painting.
Empty cigarette receptacle.
Position will likely be 10-15 hours per week to start, with opportunity for more hours as project progresses.
